Set Avangard ZKN 25 (P2) Classic 860/40 Serpentine brick

AVANGARD ZKN 25 (P2) is a cast iron sauna stove for Russian baths with a fully enclosed stainless steel sauna heater. The body of the sauna stove made of 16 mm thick heat-resistant cast iron is equipped with 20 mm high stiffening ribs, which not only gives the construction additional strength, but also increases the area of the radiating surface for faster heating of the steam room.

The 3 mm thick stainless steel sauna heater is welded by an automatic machine from heat-resistant steel with the addition of titanium from AISI 321 steel grade. The volume is 25 liters - one of the largest on the market of sauna stoves with immersion heater. The stove has the ability to volley water through the door with a valve - a necessary function to create a mode of the Russian bath, as well as 2 steam guns to obtain superheated steam during bathing procedures.

The sauna heater is completely closed - the bottom of the sauna heater is the flame eliminator, the flame heats the cylinder from all sides, and the top of the sauna heater is heated at the exit to the chimney. Under the chimney there is a bevel to prevent the accumulation of soot. A reliable cast iron stop is provided to prevent bending of the day of the sauna heater.

Facing made of serpentine bricks is a simple and effective way to create a Russian sauna mode. The cladding is green stone tiles with chamfered edges. Because of these edges, the cladding has a clear pattern that completely imitates real brickwork. This cladding also, like classic brick cladding, stops hard infrared radiation and convection, is easy to assemble/disassemble and requires no special skills when assembled.
