The main purpose of the “President” shape cladding is to create a Russian sauna mode in the steam room. This is achieved by the ability to regulate the level of convection heating and humidity in the steam room.

Functions of cladding:

• regulation of the level of heating of the steam room;
• full stop of convection;
• maintaining the level of humidity obtained;
• complete stop of hard infrared heat radiation;
• decorative appearance.

All slabs are inspected for cracks and foreign inclusions. The stone is naturally occurring, and the pattern of the same rock can vary considerably. To produce a single product, the slabs are sorted so that the slabs are identical in stone color and pattern.

The cladding is a prefabricated structure consisting of stone slabs with a thickness of 30 to 60mm. Metal strips inserted into the grooves of adjacent slabs are used to fasten the slabs. The inner surface of all plates is at a distance of 10 to 50 mm from the furnace body, forming grooves that allow air to circulate between the cladding and the furnace.

The cladding covers the furnace body from all sides and has outlets for the fuel box, chimney and flap.

Talcochlorite is the most widespread and widely known stone used for furnace linings and finishing of steam rooms. The place of extraction is Karelia. It is used only from the lower horizons, which have a higher quality of stone.
